RYT200 teaches in Szekesfehervar, Hungary and leads retreats in Europe
Gabor has been intrigued by the world’s biggest religions since he was eleven years old. At the age of sixteen he found yoga and started to study how faith and movement come together in the many different traditions. He is mainly inspired by BKS Iyengar’s method and incorporates elements from the Sivananda, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Bhakti yoga traditions. The way he teaches and approaches yoga called the “Triguna ways”. He has a vast, overall understanding about eastern philosophy which he writes about in his blog and teaches with much love, passion and dedication in Hungarian and English.
