Yoga found Zsuzsi 5 years ago. She was fortunate enough to become a first generation Yogin Teacher in Hungary. From day one, she was always a dedicated, outstanding practitioner. Her heart is forever captivated by the Kundalini Tradition as well has love for Vinyasa Flow which she learned in India, the Mother Land of yoga. Zsuzsi traveled the world, exploring different teachers, lineages, healing modalities as she was seeking answers to her own life. Her last found was Yin yoga which is a safe, slow, profound way to reflect on our life. Zsuzsi is a compassionate, naturally born “helping hand” for people in need and for those who are ready to step on the mat and looking for change for the better. She teaches in English and Hungarian.
